The use of the newest platform next generation sequencing NGS enables the sequencing of a thousand to million DNA molecules of bacteria in one sequence run metagenomics [ 4 ] and through this microbial sequencing has been finally possible the understanding of how different microorganisms are present in different tracts of human body [ 5 ].
